Resetting your login credentials for Kasper is easy!
1.) Head over to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" prompt sitting right above the password entry field.
2.) Enter the email address that is associated with your Kasper account and click on the "Send Recovery Code" prompt. Within a few minutes you'll receive a unique 6 digit code that will allow you to take the next steps in resetting your password.
3.) Enter the 6 digit key in the "Recovery Code" entry field shown below.
You can now enter a new password.
Recommended security precautions asks that you include:
Minimum of 8 characters
Include at least 1 uppercase letter
Include at least 1 special symbol
Include at least 1 number
A password strength indicator will notify you of your security strength
Note: You must accept your Kasper invitation from your office administrator before attempting to reset your password! You'll be able to create a password at that point.
