Overview:
Kasper now allows you to view unscheduled treatments directly from both the Dashboard and the Morning Huddle. This allows your team to review pending treatment opportunities and take action during the patient’s visit.
1. From the Dashboard
On the Patient Card, you’ll now see an Unscheduled Treatment icon.
Hover over the icon to view a detailed breakdown of the patient’s unscheduled treatments and the associated potential fees.
This helps your team easily identify which procedures could be scheduled while the patient is in the office.
2. From the Morning Huddle
Within the Morning Huddle, you can now see insights into unscheduled treatments for patients who have appointments scheduled today.
You’ll find:
The total potential fees that could be collected if these unscheduled treatments were completed.
A breakdown by patient, showing each patient’s unscheduled procedures and corresponding potential fees.
