This feature is available for one-time campaigns and allows you to target patients using detailed insurance and treatment criteria.
How to Access the Unscheduled Treatment Campaign
Go to Campaigns
Select One-Time Campaigns
Click Unscheduled Treatment
Use this option if you want to send a one-time message to patients who have specific unscheduled treatment codes.
How to Set Up an Unscheduled Treatment Campaign
Click New Campaign
Choose the campaign type
Email
SMS
Email and SMS
Choose whether to include or exclude patients on the Do Not Disturb list
Customize your campaign for individuals and Family
Choose a campaign template and create a custom message
Available Filters
Once you go into your campaign, you will get the list of all patients who have unscheduled treatments.
You can refine your campaign audience using the following filters:
Patient insurance status, active or inactive
Insurance carrier
Remaining insurance benefits
Unscheduled treatment procedure codes
Patients who missed or cancelled appointments within the last 6 months
Patients who have not received a campaign message within a selected time frame
These filters help ensure your message is sent to the most relevant patients.
Sending the Campaign
After selecting your filters, click Search to generate the list of matching patients
Review the patient list
Click Send to deliver the campaign to the selected patients
Once sent, messages will be delivered automatically based on your selected campaign type.
