How to send Paperless Forms?

You can send Paperless Forms to patients through two methods:

1- From the Communication tab:

Navigate to the Communication tab and search for the patient then select that patient. Upon selecting click the clipboard icon to the left of the patient's profile. If there are no forms pending/queued click "Add form".

Next, select the forms you wish to include in the patient queue. Following your selection, click on the "Add to Queue" button.

You can now review all pending forms associated with the patient.

You have the option to resend the incomplete forms to the patient using the Action button. This can be done through email, SMS, or by copying the link and sharing it directly with the patient.

Prior to the upcoming appointment, your patient will receive an appointment reminder via email and/or SMS. This reminder will also include a link, allowing them to easily complete any outstanding forms assigned to them.

2- From the Paperless Forms Tab:

You have the flexibility to send Paperless Forms to your patients through two avenues:

  1. All Section Tab: From the "All" section tab within Paperless Forms, you can manually select the specific forms you wish to send to your patients.

  2. Groups Section: Alternatively, you can opt to send a predetermined set of forms to patients by utilizing the "Groups" section.

How to add Form Groups?

To create and add a Group of forms, follow these steps:

  1. Within the Paperless Forms tab, initiate the process by selecting the "Add New" option.

  2. Assign a suitable name to the group you are creating, then proceed by clicking on the "Add" button.

  3. Now, navigate to the "All sections", where you can proceed to mark all the forms you intend to include in your newly created group. Afterward, click on the "Add to Group" option.

  4. Choose the name of the group you previously established, and then finalize the process by clicking the "Add" button.

  5. The next time you wish to send a specific patient the group of forms you've created, follow these steps:

    1. Head to the Groups section and select the desired group.

    2. Click "Select All" to include all the forms within the chosen group.

    3. Access the Action button and choose "Send these to Patient."

    4. Search for the intended patient and transmit the forms to their queue.

Form Automation- How to Set Form Automation?

Form Automation is a Kasper feature that allows users to automatically send a custom set of forms to either new patients or those who are returning.

To set Form Automation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Paperless Forms" tab and access the Form Automation feature.

  2. Click on the gear icon to access settings.

3. Choose either "New Patient" or "Returning Patient," then click "Edit."

4. Add the forms that you wish to be automatically sent to new or returning patients. Remember to click "Save."

Note: For returning patients, define intervals during which they should update the forms they have previously filled out.

Don't forget to enable the automation for either new or returning patients. This ensures that the selected forms are automatically dispatched when appointments are made.
