By default, all signed forms will automatically sync to Open Dental and will be saved in the patient's Imaging folder, or in the designated folder according to the folder mapping settings you have.
If you're unable to locate the signed form in the imaging folder of Open Dental, you can manually initiate an Open Dental sync from Kasper.
How to sync paperless forms from Kasper to Open Dental manually?
Navigate to the Communication tab and locate the patient.
Choose the Patient Forms tab.
Select the completed forms.
Hover over the ellipsis "three dots" on the form you wish to manually sync.
Click the "send to Open Dental" button, and the form will sync accordingly.
