Setting up your VoIP and things you should know!

What phone and fax numbers will end up being used for your VoIP?

  • During onboarding, the Kasper team will discuss the process with you and what is necessary to take the next steps.

  • Kasper CAN port your preexisting phone and fax numbers; Please be advised that the porting process can sometimes take up to 4 weeks as systems integrate and the whole process is complete.

If you are a new office, simply let us know during your onboarding that you're in need of new numbers and we will handle:

  • Generating new numbers.

  • Area code matching your geographical presence.

  • Head the setup phase of making sure your new phone and fax number is available and ready to be integrated.

As always, the onboarding team will be there at every step of the way to make sure that your transition is as smooth and efficient as possible.
