The Kasper Forms app is an incredibly convenient solution for presenting incoming patients with paperless forms. It allows them to electronically fill out and securely sign the forms, all while seamlessly syncing with your Open Dental account. This streamlined process enhances efficiency and eliminates the need for traditional paper forms, making it a valuable tool for both your practice and your patients.

The first step in getting started with the Kasper Forms app is to download it from the Apple App Store for iPads or the Google Play Store for Android tablets. Simply search for "Kasper Forms" and proceed to download it onto your iPad or Android tablet device.

To access the Kasper Forms app after downloading, follow these steps:

Following your initial login, you will be prompted to enter a PIN. This PIN adds an extra layer of security and ensures that only authorized individuals can access the Kasper Forms app on your device.

To view your Tablet View Link PIN, simply navigate to the "Paperless Forms" Tab within Kasper. You will find the PIN displayed in the top left corner of the page. Enter this PIN on your tablet to access and view your patients' forms securely and conveniently.

Search for the patient's name in the search bar to locate the desired patient.
To view all of a patient's completed and incomplete forms and to add additional forms, you can click on the "Tap to expand and add forms" button. This feature allows you to manage the patient's forms comprehensively, review their status, and add any necessary additional forms as needed, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and complete.

Once you have confirmed that the correct forms have been added for a patient you can tap "Start" and then hand the patient the tablet to begin filling out the forms. This allows the patient to electronically fill out and complete the necessary forms using the Kasper Forms app.

When you click on "Start" and provide the tablet to the patient, they will see a user-friendly interface within the Kasper Forms app. This interface will guide them through the process of filling out electronic forms.

Patients cannot advance to the next form until the current one is fully completed. If there are any incomplete sections within a form, the app guides the patient to those specific areas that require attention, ensuring that all necessary information is filled out before proceeding to the next form. This feature helps maintain thoroughness and accuracy in the form-filling process.

Once all the required forms are successfully completed by the patient, it will go back to the PIN screen so that privileged data cannot be accessed. Once you enter the PIN you'll see their form status will be marked as "completed."
