On you Kasper dashboard, there's a section where you can indicate the status of patient as it pertains to their office visit.
Highlighted in Red are the status names that Kasper uses to allow to keep track of a patient's visit. These statuses can also correspond to a patient's status in Open Dental however you are required to set this up via the Patient Sync feature on Kasper.
To access your Patient Sync settings:
Go to Settings in the left-hand menu bar.
Select Office Settings.
Click on Patient Sync.
In the "Status in Open Dental" column, you can customize how a patient's status in Kasper corresponds to their status in Open Dental. Once these settings are configured, whenever you move a patient to a different stage on the Dashboard, their status in Open Dental will automatically synchronize accordingly.
