KasperPay Daily Transactions Report

Overview

The KasperPay Daily Transactions Report gives you a complete summary of all payments processed through Kasper each day. This report is designed to help you stay on top of your collections, track payment performance, and easily follow up on failed transactions.


🧾 What’s Included in the Daily Report?

The report is divided into four key sections to give you a complete breakdown of the day’s transactions:

1. Transaction Summary

  • Total number of transactions processed

  • Count of successful and failed transactions

  • Total amount collected from successful payments

2. In-Office Transactions

  • Summary of all payments made in-office using:

    • KasperPay integrated terminals

    • Saved cards

    • Manual card entry

3. Link-to-Pay Transactions

  • Summary of all payments made remotely through Text-to-Pay links sent to patients

4. Payment Plan Transactions

  • Summary of all automated payment plan charges processed during the day


Transaction Details

Each transaction listed in the report includes the following information:

  • Patient name

  • Transaction amount ($)

  • Card Type (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Payment method (e.g., Terminal, Saved card, link)

  • Status (Successful or Failed)


📬 How to Receive the Daily Report

To start receiving the KasperPay Daily Transaction Report via email:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Online Payment Notifications.

  2. Click “Create” and enter the email address where you'd like the report to be sent to.

  3. Toggle the “Status” switch to activate notifications for this user.

  4. Repeat these steps to add as many users as needed.

Once added and activated, each listed email will begin receiving the daily report automatically.


🔁 How Often is the Report Sent?

The report is sent once daily at the end of the day, summarizing all KasperPay transactions for the past 24 hours.
