How to Access Call Transcripts and Summaries
To view a call’s transcript and summary, follow these steps:
Select a Call or Voicemail: Navigate to any call or voicemail that’s longer than 30 seconds.
View Transcripts & Summaries: The transcript will display the conversation in text form, while the summary will provide key points and an overview of the call.
How to Search Within Calls Using Keywords
You can quickly find important information within your call transcripts by searching for specific keywords. Here’s how:
Click on the Filter Icon: Navigate to your call list and select the filter icon.
Enter Your Keyword: In the “Search Call Transcript” field, input the keyword you want to search for.
Apply Filters: You can also add other filters such as date range or call type. Once ready, click "Apply."
This feature helps you locate relevant information faster, saving you time and improving call management.
