What is Call Intelligence?

Kasper’s Call Intelligence is a powerful AI-driven feature designed to enhance your productivity by providing detailed insights into your calls.

With this feature, you can:

  • Keep patient charts updated with AI-generated call summaries in Open Dental

  • Get instant call transcriptions for quick and easy reference

  • Automatically sync summaries to the OD CommLog for a seamless workflow

  • Receive end-of-day call reports so you never miss a follow-up

  • Search within calls using specific keywords

Call Analysis

Any call lasting more than 30 seconds undergoes analysis by Kasper Call AI. The analysis encompasses:

  1. Call Recording

  2. Call Summary. The AI will provide a concise overview of the call. Any actions requiring attention that took place during the call will be recorded at the end of the call summary.

  3. Call Details: Including call information such as caller and receiver phone numbers, call duration, and date of the call.

  4. Call Transcript

Note: Calls that did not go well will be marked with an exclamation mark beside the patient's name/number on the right side of the call lists

How to Access Call Transcripts and Summaries

To view a call’s transcript and summary, follow these steps:

  1. Select a Call or Voicemail: Navigate to any call or voicemail that’s longer than 30 seconds.

  2. View Transcripts & Summaries: The transcript will display the conversation in text form, while the summary will provide key points and an overview of the call.

How to Search Within Calls Using Keywords

You can quickly find important information within your call transcripts by searching for specific keywords. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Filter Icon: Navigate to your call list and select the filter icon.

  2. Enter Your Keyword: In the “Search Call Transcript” field, input the keyword you want to search for.

  3. Apply Filters: You can also add other filters such as date range or call type. Once ready, click "Apply."

Daily Call AI Summary Report

At the close of each day, a summary report detailing calls that went well and those requiring attention will be sent to the designated email list.

  • Selected users will receive a daily summary report of the day's calls and a notification report highlighting actionable items

  • To add users, go to Settings, navigate to Call AI Settings, then Call AI Notification List, and select "Add." Enter the emails of users you want to receive daily reports.
