The Text to Pay feature in Kasper Pay allows Kasper users to send a secure payment link to patients via SMS, email, or both, enabling them to conveniently process payments from their mobile phones or desktop computers.
How to Use Text to Pay
Sending a Payment Link
When you're ready to process a payment, simply click on the "Link to Pay" option. From here, you can choose how to send the payment link—via SMS, email, or both. Additionally, you can customize the subject line and message content before sending the payment link to ensure clear communication with your patient.
Managing Sent Payment Requests
To review your previously sent payment requests, navigate to the "Sent Request" section, as displayed in the image below.
Editing or Resending Payment Links
If you need to resend a payment link, adjust the payment amount, or delete a request, click the three dots in the top right corner of the specific sent request. This will open options to make the necessary changes.
Patient Payment Experience
Once the patient receives the payment link, they can easily enter their card details to complete the transaction. After the payment is successfully processed, the patient will receive a payment confirmation, and you’ll see the payment in the "Processed" column under the payment tab.
