How to get the Online Scheduling portal link -
The online scheduler is accessed via a public link people can access from an embedded button on your practice’s website, added to any social media platforms, or you can provide them with the link via SMS. Here's how to find the link:
Simply head over to "Settings" (from the sidebar) and then click "Online Scheduling" from the categories in Settings then click on "Scheduling Link". You can then click on the copy icon to copy the URL or click on the link to view your Online Scheduling page.
How patients will use the Online Scheduler -
Select whether they are New or Recurring patients
Indicate the visit reason (which appointment type they'd like to schedule)
Select their chosen provider or any provider
Choose an available date from the calendar
Select an available time slots
Click on “Schedule Now”
Finally, they will be redirected to enter their information, agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click "Schedule Appointment" to finalize their appointment scheduling.
