To set the availability for a specific day, follow these steps:
Double-click on the day you want to configure availability in your schedule settings configuration.
Select the provider you want to set their schedule for and click on "Add."
Ensure you associate the corresponding operatory with the provider.
Add their availability for that day.
Confirm your changes by clicking "OK."
Once you have finished adding availabilities for different providers, your scheduling interface will display something similar to the image below:
You have the option to streamline the process by copying and pasting the availability for the rest of the week instead of adding it day by day. Additionally, you can set the availability for an entire week and then copy and paste this weekly availability for as many weeks as needed.
