First, you need to make sure that the Providers and Operatories that you'd like to be available and scheduled are set up in Open Dental.

Add a photo and description for providers to be displayed in the online scheduling portal -
Access your settings in Kasper from the left-hand menu bar, then go to "Office Settings."
Navigate to "Practitioners."
Note that this information is automatically synced with Open Dental.Click on the "Action" button corresponding to the provider you'd like to have a photo and description added then click "Edit practitioner".
Add the photo and description the be sure to click "Save"
To associate providers with Operatories, navigate to the settings in the left-hand menu, select "Online Scheduling," and then proceed to "Operatory Settings."
You can now easily link providers to their designated Operatories. The operatory that is linked is where the appointment will be scheduled when that provider is selected in the online scheduling.
