The Practitioner/Provider Information will be visible within the Online Scheduling portal. When patients book appointments online and choose a provider, they will be able to see the provider's photo and read the associated description.
To update the provider's photo and description, click on “Settings”-> “Office Settings”-> “Practitioners”
Here we can see providers. The providers displayed are read from Open Dental and if you'd like another provider added you can reference this Open Dental article.
To add or edit the practitioner’s photo, phone number, or description:
click on the ellipsis.
select “Edit Practitioner”
Upload a photo, enter a phone number, and add a description
Don't forget to “Save”
Note: The Practitioner's phone number will not be visible to patients
