Reviewing which Insurance carriers appear as accepted in your office for patients scheduling online
Click on "Settings" from the sidebar.
Under the "Settings" categories, select "Online Scheduling."
Locate the "Action" button, which should display a dropdown menu.
From the dropdown menu, select "Edit Insurances."
This will allow you to manage and edit the insurance information related to your online scheduling through Kasper.
You can now select which insurances you accept and which ones are in network.
