Patient Exam rooms are a fundamental feature of Kasper that allows users to monitor when an exam room becomes available. Simply put, while utilizing the "Screening & Hygiene / Procedure" columns in the Patient Board, patients are assigned an exam room and can be monitored to see which exam room they're in, how long they have been in there, and when that room becomes available.
How to set Operatories/Exam Rooms in Kasper -
Navigate to "Settings" in Kasper.
Access "Office Settings."
Choose "Manage Exam Rooms."
You can effortlessly add a room or remove a room as needed using these settings.
