How to Use the Kasper Mobile App

The Kasper Mobile app is designed to provide convenient access to a wide range of Kasper services right from your smartphone. With this app, you can easily make or receive calls, message your patients, and check your schedule, all from the palm of your hand. It's a powerful tool for managing your dental practice on the go.


The Kasper app is incredibly user-friendly. Let's explore the features of the Kasper app.

To get started, simply download it from the App Store or Google Play Store. Search for "Kasper". It will look like this:


Next, you will be prompted to enter your office ID.
Your office ID will be the first part of your Kasper web domain. "officeid".meetkasper.com

After entering your office ID, you will be prompted to provide your email and password login for Kasper.


Now that you've successfully logged into your Kasper account on your phone, let's delve into the various features that Kasper offers through the mobile app. Let's explore how you can make the most of Kasper on your mobile device.

1.) Phone

With the Kasper mobile app, you have access to your patients. You can search for specific patients to call, utilize the dial pad to make any call you need, and review recent phone calls and voicemails to follow up on important communications. This convenient access simplifies your workflow and enhances patient care.

2- Messages

Through the Kasper mobile app, you can effortlessly access your message communications with patients via the dedicated tab. You have the flexibility to search for specific patient communication threads, compose messages, review all your messages, and reply as needed. This ensures efficient and effective patient communication right from your phone.


3- Schedule

Within the Schedule tab of the Kasper mobile app, you can easily access your schedule and view various appointment details. You have the option to control which Operatories are displayed on your schedule. Simply click on the "Options" button located in the top left corner and select the Operatories you wish to view on your schedule. This feature allows you to tailor your schedule view for improved efficiency.


To view appointment details and mark a patient as "arrived," simply click on any appointment within the schedule. This action will provide you with the necessary information for the appointment, and you can update the patient's status accordingly, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth workflow management.


Settings

In the Settings tab, you have the ability to configure your preferences for SMS and call notifications on your phone. To access this feature, navigate to the Settings tab, and enable or disable SMS and call notifications according to your personal preferences. This allows you to tailor your notification settings to suit your needs and maintain effective communication.
