Reviews Reminder Campaigns are a type of Kasper recurring campaigns.
You can access them from the Campaigns tab, then select Recurring Campaigns and choose Reviews.
To edit the Reviews Reminders Campaigns according to your office needs, click on Edit button.
Here is how to Customize the Reviews Campaigns:
Choose a name for your campaign
Select the time of day you want to send your campaign
Specify the age range you want to send the campaign to
Choose whether to exclude the DND list or not
Select the type of campaign, whether SMS or email or both.
Customize your message the way you want. Don't forget to customize a message for Individual and for Family. Make sure to add your review link in the body of the message.
Save your edits
