Birthday Message Campaigns are a type of Kasper recurring campaign that will be sent out automatically. These are campaigns that run based on the settings you configured in Kasper.
Here is how to set up Birthday Message Campaigns in Kasper:
Click on the Campaigns tab in the left-hand menu bar
You will be redirected to a new page where you will see the different campaign types available. Select Recurring Campaigns.
Choose Birthday Messages.
To create a new campaign, click the Add Reminder button.
You can customize your Birthday Messages the way you want -
Add a name for your campaign.
Select the time of day the message will be sent.
Specify the age range you want for your campaign. For example, you can create one type of campaign catered towards younger age groups and another for adults.
Select whether you want to exclude the DND list from your campaign or not.
Select the type of campaign you want, SMS or email. Make sure to create separate campaigns for SMS and for email. Selecting both will send the message to the preferred method of contact patients have set in Open Dental.
Customize your message for Individual and for Family
Customize your subject line and the body of your message.
Don't forget to click on Add to add the created campaign to the list of your Birthday Message Campaigns.
9. Make sure to enable the campaign you want from the status button.
