Free Form Campaigns are a type of Recurrent Campaigns in Kasper. You can use the Free Form campaigns to create automated campaigns that may not fit with other types of recurrent campaigns, based on your office needs.
To access Free Form Campaigns, Go to the Campaigns tab, choose Recurring Campaigns, and then select Free Form.
To create a new Free Form Campaign, Click on Add Reminder.
You can customize Free Form Campaigns using many filters. Select the Filter(s) you want and customize it to your need. You can filter your patients by:
Birthday
Procedure type
Provider
Patient status
Last time seen
Operatory
Time of the upcoming appointment
Age range
Last time received a campaign
Don't forget to Choose the type of reminder, whether SMS or email or both, and Add your Reminder.
To enable the Free Form reminder you created, turn the Status button for this reminder on.
