IVR is an automated phone system technology that allows incoming callers to access information via a voice response system of pre-recorded messages without having to speak to an agent, as well as to utilize menu options via keypad selection to have their call routed to specific departments or specialists. To setup a call group
Go to “Settings”->“Phone Settings”->“ Call Groups”
Create Group
Give a name to the group and select the users to be added. Click on the right arrow to move the selected user to the group
Delete a Group
To delete a group, simply select the group and click Delete.
You can also edit or delete the group from the three dots then choose Edit/Delete.
