How to set up and activate Rotating Incoming Call Schedule

The Rotating Incoming Call Schedule feature is designed to empower your office with flexibility and efficiency. With the ability to create up to two custom rotating schedules, tailored to your office's specific needs.


To get started:

  1. Log into your Kasper account and navigate to the Settings menu. From there, select Phone Settings.

  2. Within Phone Settings, locate and click on the Call Schedule option.

  3. Once you're in the Call Schedule section, choose the Custom Schedule option. This will enable you to create personalized schedules tailored to your office's needs.

  4. With Custom Schedule selected, you can now start building your rotating incoming call schedule. Click on the "Add Call Rule" button to begin defining time slots for your schedule.

5. Defining Time Slots: A window will appear, allowing you to specify time slots for each day of the week. Start by adding time slots for each day, ensuring you cover your office's operating hours comprehensively.

6. Completing Week-One Schedule "Schedule 1": After defining time slots for the first week, review your schedule and make any necessary adjustments. Once satisfied, you have the option to activate this schedule immediately.

7. Building Week-Two Schedule "Schedule 2": If you wish to have a rotating schedule, click on the "Add Schedule" button to create the second week's schedule.

8. Repeat the process of defining time slots for each day until the schedule is complete.

9. Activating Rotating Schedule: With both schedules set, you can choose which one to activate first. Once activated, the schedules will rotate automatically, with the second schedule taking effect the following week.

10. Editing and Deleting Schedules: At any point, you can edit or delete schedules to accommodate changes in your office's needs. Click on the "X" next to a time slot to remove it, or select "Delete" from the options menu to delete the entire schedule.

11. Finalizing Setup: Once you're satisfied with your schedules, save your custom settings. To activate the rotating schedule, toggle the corresponding option and save your preferences.

12. Switching to 24/7 Schedule: If you ever need to switch to a 24/7 schedule, simply select the option from the menu and save your changes. This will override the rotating schedule and set your office to be available round-the-clock.
