Go to “Settings”-> “Office Settings”-> “Patient Sync”
Select which Open Dental status you want to appear in the Patient Dashboard Columns.
"Arrived"
"Ready"
"Screening Exam"
"Procedure"
"Checkout"
Patient Status syncs with the statuses you have set up in Open Dental.
To customize those Open Dental statuses, follow the instructions provided here.
Enable this feature if you want patients to automatically move to "Ready" if paperless forms are complete.
Enable this feature if you want patients to automatically move to "Checkout" if patients have been "Set Complete" in Open Dental.
