You can customize the notifications you see or hear on Kasper according to your preferences by accessing the notification settings. To do so, click on the gear icon located in the top right corner of your Kasper interface. This allows you to tailor the notification system to suit your needs and workflow.
When you click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your Kasper interface, a pop-up window will appear. In this window, you can customize all your notification settings according to your preferences.
Web Phone Notifications -
Incoming Call Ringing Sound
To enable the incoming web call ringing sound, simply click on the button provided. However, if you use a physical phone instead of a web phone and want to limit noise in your office, you can disable this feature by clicking the same button to mute the ringing sound. This gives you the flexibility to control the audio notifications for incoming web calls based on your office setup and preferences.
Incoming Call Browser Notification
To enable call browser notifications from the web phone, click on the button provided. This action will activate notifications that allow you to stay informed about incoming calls while using the web phone.
SMS Notifications
To enable sound notifications for SMS messages, simply click on this button. This will activate sound notifications for incoming text messages, ensuring you're alerted when you receive SMS notifications.
To receive browser pop-up notifications for incoming SMS messages, click on the button provided. Enabling this option will ensure that you receive pop-up notifications in your web browser when you receive SMS messages.
Patient Readiness Notification
To receive a notification sound when a patient is ready for the doctor, click on the button provided.
To receive a "Ready for Doctor" browser notification, click on the button provided
Muting Notifications
To mute all sounds, click on the button provided. Enabling this option will silence all audio notifications and sounds in the application.
Please note that you have the option to choose the duration for which you want to mute the sounds from the drop-down menu. This allows you to customize how long you'd like the sound to be muted, providing flexibility based on your preferences and needs.
To mute all pop-up notifications, click on the button provided. Enabling this option will prevent pop-up notifications from appearing on your screen.
