Why is my Automated Text Messages Sending the Wrong Office Number?

If you notice that Kasper is sending appointment creation or update notifications to your patients with the wrong office number this would be due to the incorrect number being saved in your Office Profile.

Kasper automatically adds your office number based on your Office Profile.

In order to update your office number, head over to "Settings" in the left-hand menu bar -> "Office Settings" -> "Office Profile".

Click the "Edit" button which should then allow you to update your office number.

Once you have updated the phone number click "Save Changes".

Kasper will now send appointment creation or update notifications with the correct office number.
