KasperPay allows you to save credit cards both during a payment transaction and separately without processing a payment. Here's how:
Saving a Card While Processing a Payment
Whether using the terminal or manually entering the card details, simply select the option to Save Card during the payment process.
Once the payment is processed, the card used for the transaction will be saved automatically.
Saving a Card Without Processing a Payment
Navigate to the Communication tab within KasperPay.
Select the relevant patient profile.
Select the "Payment" tab
Click on "Save Card".
Follow the prompts to enter and save the payment card information.
This will securely store the payment card for future transactions for this patient and for any patients with the same phone number.
You can add as many credit cards as you want.
The primary "Default" card will be labeled as "Primary card". To set a different card as primary, simply click on "Set as Primary".
