DND list is the List of patients you want to exclude from certain campaigns.
You can add a patient to DND list in Kasper and in Open Dental.
1- In Kasper
In the Campaigns tab, click on DND tab. then click on add patient. search for the patient you want to add to the list and add it.
2- In Open Dental
You can add the Patient to the DND like within Open Dental. Type "DND" in the notes section in Open Dental and the patient will be added automatically to the DND list in Kasper.
Note: DND status does not exclude the patient from ALL kinds of reminders or confirmation texts.
If you want a specific patient to be excluded from ALL reminders and texts, you can set this from Open Dental as well.
Go to the Family tab then select patient info and edit patient info. In the email and phone section select no for text ok.
