One Time Campaigns are campaigns dispatched just once to an exclusive set of patients chosen based on specific patient criteria that you can personalize.
One Time Campaigns are very similar to Free Form Campaigns, but they are not sent recurrently.
To access One Time Campaigns, Go to the Campaigns tab, and Choose One Time Campaign.
To create a new One Time Campaign, click on New Campaign
Now you can customize your campaign by:
Adding a title for your One Time Campaign, eg. Grand Opening, Office Closure, etc.
Choose Campaign type, whether email or SMS or both.
Include/ Exclude DND list
Customize your campaign for individuals and Family
Select a template
Filter using patient specific criteria
Then hit the Search button to get the list of patients that fits the selected criteria (1). Select the patients and check your message allowance (2), and then click on Send (3), to send the campaign to the selected patients.
The sent campaigns will be save as Templates to be used for future campaigns.
