The “Calls” tab has all the incoming, outgoing & missed calls + voicemails.
Click a “Call” to view information or (if enabled) listen/download the call recording.
Here you can :
“Refresh List” to reload the list or update what is being displayed
“Mark all as Read” to mark all calls as read
“Print Logs” if you want to print out the logs based on the filter. You can choose the format as “CSV” or “PDF” and then download the file to print.
“Filter Logs” by
Phone number/ Name
Call type (Incoming, Outgoing or Missed)
Call status (seen or unseen)
Date
Don't forget to click “Apply”
to save any changes.
Voicemail
All voicemails will always be saved in Kasper. However, on the hardware phones, you can only listen to a voicemail once, and then it will be deleted to save storage space on the hardware phone.
Click “Voicemail” to view information and listen/download the voicemail.
You can also filter voicemails by:
Phone number/ name
Voicemail status (seen or unseen)
Date
Print Voicemail logs
