How to Add Phone numbers to the Call forwarding lists

To add phone numbers to the call forwarding list for your office, follow these steps:

Go to “Settings” -> “Phone Setting” -> “Call Forwarding”-> then click on "Create"



Click “Add Number” to enter the name and number of where the calls will be forwarded to.


How to enable Call forwarding

In order to enable and setup call forwarding, you can do this from the Call Schedule tab.

A- If you prefer the call forwarding to operate only during specific times according to a custom call schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings>> Phone Setting, then select "Call Schedule"

  2. Choose "Custom Schedule"

  3. Click on "Add call Rule"

  4. Select your preferred time slot by choosing the days and times of the day you wish to activate call forwarding. Afterward, set the SIP type as "Call Forwarding" and then pick your desired number to forward calls to for that specific time slot.

B- If you wish to set the Call Forwarding as your default office setting, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings>> Phone Setting, then select "Call Schedule"

  2. Choose "24/7"

  3. Select the inbound call rule to be "Call Forwarding"

  4. Choose your desired number to forward calls to and save your selection.

5. Don't forget to activate your 24/7 schedule by selecting 24/7 and save.
