What is Campaign allowance?

Campaign allowance refers to the remaining number of campaign messages available for your office to use.

Where can you find your office's remaining Campaign allowance?

You can locate your office's remaining Campaign allowance in the bottom left corner of your Campaigns interface, as illustrated below.

How is allowance calculated?


Campaign allowances are calculated for both SMS and Email messages.

For individuals:

Sending each SMS and/or email results in a reduction of the message allowance by one.

For Families:

When it comes to families, the allocation varies depending on the chosen audience and applied criteria. For example, if you send a campaign to a family of four, and the criteria align with two individuals within that family, Kasper will dispatch a single SMS message to the guarantor, resulting in a deduction of two messages from the allowance.

To illustrate, consider a family of four, where the mother, Casey, serves as the guarantor, and the children are Lilly (14), Kate (12), and Mike (4). Suppose we create a campaign offering free teeth cleaning sessions and apply criteria filtering for kids aged 10-15. In this scenario, Casey will receive a single SMS notifying her that Lilly and Kate are eligible for the free cleaning session service. Consequently, your office's allowance will decrease by two messages.

How to renew the Campaign allowance?

Our current free Campaign allowance is set to 5,000 campaign messages/ month.

If you wish to renew your allowance, please contact us at support@meetkasper.com.

The renewal rates are as follows:

  • $29 for an additional 1,000 messages

  • $79 for an additional 2,500 messages

  • $100 for an additional 5,000 messages
