- Navigate to Settings > Phone Settings > Automation Settings. 
- Customize the automated message for both during and after office hours with your preferred wording. 
- Click Update to save your changes. 
- Turn on the pink toggle switch to activate the feature. 
Your office will now automatically send SMS messages to missed callers based on your configured settings.
Note: To configure your office hours, Navigate to Settings > Phone Settings > Call Schedule.
