1. Head over to the "Fax" tab on the left-hand menu bar.
2. Look for the green "Send Fax" bubble sitting at the bottom of the Fax history log.
3. Add the information of who the fax is designated for in the recipient section. Enter their first and last name, company name, and fax number. Make sure to click "+ Add" after entering the information.
Quick tip! - checkmark the "Save Contact" box before clicking add so that the recipient's contact info is saved for later use!
You can also select one of your saved contacts from "Saved Contacts". To add multiple recipients from your saved contacts, start typing your contact names and select them.
4. Add Cover Letter (optional)
To add a Cover Letter to your fax, click Add int he cover letter section.
Select the Cover Letter Template of your choice, enter the recipient's name, sender's name, and subject. Click Preview to view the Cover Letter before saving it.
5. Add the Attachment
Click on "Choose File" to upload your document.
You can add up to 10 documents, up to 10MB each. Make sure the document is in one of these formats (PDF, TXT, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX).
6. Click send fax.
